Apparently it takes 3+ hours to do a simple oil change even when you have an appointment for 8AM and arrive even before they open the door... And no one bothers to call you to let you know your car is ready and you try calling them and no one answers the phone. Never again. Will rather drive to the dealer where it takes a fraction of the time.

If you are looking for a particular accessories for your vehicle, this is probably the best place to be. Great people and awesome items you can't find elsewhere.
Great service and good price! I would come here again! The wait time is much better than waiting at any other place. And the mall is there you can look around if you want to shop or eat! Loved it!
Never never will I ever go to Sears Auto in South Coast Plaza!!!!! We were there for 8 hours waiting for my car to get front brakes n shocks replaced!!! Unbelievable the horrible horrible customer service we had to endure!!! To top it off we had an appointment!!! Got the manager involved n they finally started working on my car but it still took till 7pm to get my keys in my hand!!!! We were the last people in the waiting room.
Posted this on the regular Sears site last night and they sent me here: Just got home from the Sears Automotive Center at SouthCoast Plaza in Orange County, CA. Turns out, I'm just a paranoid car lady. Nothing wrong, but thanks to Mary V for taking such good care of me. Friendly, great customer service, interested in learning more about my fancy sports car. I hope this note finds its way to her Manager, she is an asset to Sears and deserves to be recognized.
I do not know how you stay in business. No one ever answers the telephone. I have been calling for 2 days and no answer. I ordered tires they were to be there and I cannot even confirm if the tires are there. You should close this Sears Auto Center.
