Took my Hyundai right away for oil change even though, the appointment was scheduled two hours earlier. That's what I call respecting my time.
Worst experience ever. Id give a negative rating if i could. All i wanted was to use a groupon for an alignment. Ended up getting 4 new tires. Didn't tighten a lug nut enough and wheel almost fell off. Couldve been fatal for myself and or my four year old. Now i have to call "Sears Insurance" to be reimbursed for their mistake. Manager offered me half of what it cost to repair their mistake. Im a single mother who works full time with hardly any free time. As if i have the time or energy or finances to deal with this bs. Very satisfied with my service at this location for the last 10 years. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The manager always goes out of her way to make sure that all of our vehicles are taken care of. Every time that I have been here they have always made it right, even if it was the smallest thing. The mechanics are great! They always come and explain in detail all that is wrong with my vehicles, and if I had additional questions they are available to answer.
