Honest operation. I did my own brake job and was paranoid that the brake pedal didn't feel as I thought it would. They looked at it free of charge and assured me that everything was fine without trying to sell me services I didn't need.

If I could give them a 0 I would. They noticed a crack in my rim and mentioned it to me, gesturing that it wasn’t a significant problem. They had replaced the flat tire that I had come in about and did nothing about the rim except slap some putty on it. When my tire went flat not even a month later I brought it to Sullivan Tire in Braintree and they had declined putting a new tire one because “the crack in the rim is not safe and should have never been driven on after it was discovered.” This is not the first time they have ... read more
