The only reason I gave a 1 star is because I cannot give a zero. I went to return a battery I had purchased at Wolfchase. Upon mine entrance I was greeted witth that of hostility from what appears to be a mechanic in the lounge area, doing just that. When the Clerk JC came, the first thing he asked, why in the hell you take it back to Wolfchase. Trying to keep my composure, I expressed it I've exchange stuff from different states at Sears before and it's never been a problem. He said that he wasn't willing to take a hit, wha... read more

Really good crew. No bull. They fix what you ask and just advise of possible problems. The guys even helped me and my brother-in-law load my car onto his truck so that I could fix it myself bc they knew the repairs would be too costly. Don't close this Sears.

Ordered and paid for a roof cargo carrier online. I had to drive almost 2 hours to pickup. When I arrived at 8:30 in the morning a storm had just blown through the area. All power was out. Explaining my situation Adrian Martin allowed me to pickup the carrier and be on my way without waiting on the electric company to show up—which could have been hours. A true gentleman and professional. Thank you Adrian !
