Bought some tires on amazon and decided to add the service installation. took two hours and a half to install them even though I made the earliest appointment. I've been going to Jiffy Lube to service my cars for years but I decided to go to Sears Auto last Saturday because I received via email a coupon for an oil change for only $4.98. I am a loyal Kmart shopper and I spend a lot of money there so I was super excited to receive one of these. I feel that I was treated as cheap as the coupon. I'm use to a more friendly one-on-one experience when I get my cars serviced.
