They suck. I told them I needed a battery cable end replaced when I made the appointment. Sure no problem. What a crock. They won't add power steering fluid. They were going to charge me to top off my coolant. The battery cable end is OEM so they won't change it. I think the service here is worse than Wal-Mart. I worked at a shop for 10 years and we never charged for topping off fluids. Adding power steering fluid is not a service they do here. Worse service ever. I don't think they have real mechanics here.

I honest have been going to them for a year and I'm totally satisfied with there customer service. They say the amount of time it will be and there in point with it. My car is always happy after going here for an oil change. Plus there prices are way better then most places.
