The service manager and Chris Layman (certified service technician) were friendly and knowledgeable as to the cause of my vehicle's problem. The service manager kept us informed of the status of the vehicle and a price for the part. Both were a pleasure to be with and I knew my vehicle was in perfect hands. I came here to have a flat tire fixed. The staff was accommodating, professional, and very helpful. They have great prices and are very efficient!

Second day here after two hours diagnostic yesterday bought my car back today. Said it would be three to four hours. Four hours later they say another hour and a half. Nothing more irritating than not getting a correct time frame. They should give an honest not optimistic time frame.
The people were nice and personable. My issue is that if I am disabled, left my car in a disabled parking spot with the permit/placard up, why would you not return the vehicle to a handicapped parking spot? Just doesn't seem very courteous. Perhaps there should be a procedure in place for that?
Just found out that the suspension they replaced on my car was done faulty in November. Both senses on my wheels are messed up and now I will have to pay another 600$ to get them fixed at the Nissan dealership. Will be following up with this demanding they pay for their negligence. Nissan told me that my car hasn't been safe to drive since they replaced it. Extremely dissatisfied! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS !!
