HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Would give no star if I could! I normally get my oil change in Salem (Great Service No Issues) but I was in the area so I thought I would call to get an appointment. The girl Luz told me sure just come in as long as you don't mind the wait. I came in at 4 they close at 6 and was told they could not take me and that they were done. Jerry in the auto shop has been by far the best employee sears has hired! He went way over and beyond with his customer service trying to help me with an online order for tires that went wrong. When he was unsuccessful in ironing it out he went ahead and matched the online price and got me in and out with new tires. Thank you Jerry for being a wonderful human and great asset for sears. I wish more employees would look up to you and model your good deeds. Thank you again :)
