BUYERS BEWARE, I went here today to buy one tire after I had a flat. I was told that it would be $200 for one tire. I waited for two hours and then Mr Boulevard the manager for the service center called me. He told me that I needed all four tires changed. I told him that my car has only 18k miles. This is a total up-sell tactic and feel that I was being rip off. The manager told me that its company policy to change all 4 tires. I knew that this was false. I had a 12 pm appointment & waited 2 1/2 hours, when i asked customer service around 1:30pm how much longer, he daid they were short staffed. ..i then saod to him, i wouldve appreciated knowing that when i checked in..
Expect for the ladies at the front desk fixing her mistake I was in the Sears auto center fed 16 around 8 30 am was their for 4 hours . I don't know where these two tech git there degree or training its unexpectable one not to double check your work . I under stand communication over the phone had poor reception but . don't go by a fucken slip when you go get your work orders for tires match the size look it up in the book your putting someone's life and kids in danger for your lack of comensence . then to top it off you don... read more
Do not ever go here for tires or anything related. They do not do their jobs properly and when they break things they do not own up to it.. So to all of our FB Friends beware and stay away from this Auto Center...They are a total rip off
