I visited the center last Friday and paid for a "brake evaluation." They told me my front rotors and my front pads needed to be replaced but my rear rotors were fine. Now my rear rotors and my rear pads need to be replaced. O, and the best part, it's taken two and a half hours for them to re-evaluate my brakes that they evaluated seven days ago. WAITING ROOM IS FULL OF PEOPLE JUST AS PISSED. One lady came in for an oil change last night. She started the car and the engine light came on. She's been here for 3.5 hrs on dat two... read more

New tires installed while we shopped at the mall looks and rides nice
Made a huge mistake taking my car to Sears instead of the dealership. They put the wrong fluid in my radiator costing me almost a thousand dollars to repair. Then told me it was my fault because I put the correct fluid in it. Evidently what they use can not be mixed with the correct fluid so if your car runs hot you need to have it towed to the nearest Sears. LOL Only problem is no one tells you that. Gee, why don't they just put what the manufacturer call for in the vehicle. Do it right and save everyone a problem.
