My experience was a good one. Will go back. In and out in a reasonable amount of time. I had an appointment but, was 5 hrs early, but I was work in. I was told I needed additional services, but , I had been told the samething by Toyota services, and another mechanic. Did have item replace. I qualify for a discount on my bill which helped a lot , over all very pleased with the service.
I am ALWAYS ignored when I go there. Customer service does not exist. I have finally decided not to return permanently, after giving them at least three chances.
THEY HAVE GREAT PRICES BUT THERE WORKERS TALK TO MUCH WHILE THEY ARE WORKING....IT TOOK THE ALMOST 3 HOURS JUST TOO FIX MY TIRE!!!..SMH
