This auto center cheated me, they did not use the correct amount of oil when giving me my oil change and needed another one 2 miles later and my car doesn't have high miles
The workers are so helpful and kind. They do a very through job and explain all the details of what the problems are. They are understanding and work with you the best they can. They stay open late to accompanied everyone. They also work with you in your budget. This is not my first time bringing my car to them. I have brought to for simple oil change and if other things are wrong they always tell me ahead of time. I've had better service. Miss the sears in Merrillville .they where great!
i called 7 times no one bother pick up the phone, i thought the phone number maybe wrong, so i walked in and call again, guess what...phone did rings and staffs talking to each other. not just that, the wait time from 30 min 3 years ago to over 1 hour today. anyway, if nothing serious, i'll not visit again.
