got an alignment and they broke the clock spring in my steering wheel and won't fix it
They were very friendly and fast but no coffee while I waited, need to put coffee in waiting area
I sent my girlfriend in this morning to get a "standard tune-up" done on her car. The quoted price was $200 completed... After literally all day(9:30am - 5:45pm) she finally goes to pick up her car, and when she gets inside the Bill is $408.. For a STANDARD tune-up... Absolutely terrible service, Will never go back again
Sold us a defective tire and tread is "dangerously" low with in the 50,000 mile warranty and blamed us for the tire wear and offered no help. Will never go to them again!
I was here almost two hours. This is unacceptable.
Absolutely incompetent to deal with. Ordered tires, and 2 days after they were supposed to be in they finally realized they didn't disposition the order...so it wasn't completed. They then completed the order, and we're supposed to call back with the tracking number....big surprise- they didn't. After multiple calls, they agreed to take off the cost of the balance only...guess what, they did not. I'll be going in person tomorrow, and it damn well better get resolved then. Pretty sure my kindergartener has better organization... read more
