Unfortunately didn't get the name of one of workers helping you when you get there at first but she was one excellent worker make you feel good and you what to make business with them, she is an African American lady
Several years ago I bought some shocks for my truck and several times I complained about my truck bottoming out and they only argued with me. Yesterday I went back and talked to Jose in service and he was very rude and all he wanted to do is just change my shocks with the same thing which wouldn't make anything better to get me out of there. Priscilla is AMAZING! We have had many chats while waiting for my vehicle during oil changes & such. Yesterday I took my car in regarding a whining noise. Turns out I had to replace my power steering wheel pump & a new wheel alignment, estimated at about $1k. Long story short, my extended warranty covered the bulk of it & CARLOS helped with the rest! Thanks Cerritos Sears. My experience was GREAT! 😉
