What a piece of work Sears Auto is! Made an appointment to get the alignment done! They tell us it will take about an hour! We walk around the mall come back over an hour later and it hasn't been touched! The jack ass at the counter says they are behind and doesn't know how long before they even touch it. Then he has the audacity to have an attitude when we ask what's the point of having an appointment. We will never go back to Sears Auto!
