I have a warranty on my tires ,They told me my rim was bent that's why my tire went flat they asked did I hit anything which I have not . The rim is probably bent because the tire went flat while I was driving. Long story short the technician put my spare tire back onto my car after he told me that my original tire didn't have a hole or leak . He said he was changing the rim out when I went back out I noticed my spare back on and he said he wasn't changing the tire. Poor Customer Service . I will not be buying anymore tires ... read more

Extremely disappointed with this business, had a 10am appointment, ordered tires two days prior to appointment date. Waited patiently, advised an hour later the tires did not arrive. In the future ask to physically see the tires before waiting. Employee informed me they would go get the tires in Durham, what is the point of an appointment if you will have to wait 3-4 hours for two tires?
Out within an hour. Employees were nice and polite.
I called made an appoint i needed new tires thank God they had them in stock. I went after work.
Awful awful awful. Took over 2 hours to change my oil. Also needed them to check out a high pitch noise and burnt rubber smell. Told me it was oil that leaked on the belt, I didn't take that answer. Then told me it was some kind of bolt..nope. Then told me it was the fan. Had me turn off air but still made noise but insisted it was the fan still. I kept pushing. Finally my battery started dying which made them realize it was my alternator. Was there another 2 hours (4 total) for oil and for them to finally figure out problem... read more
Made an appointment at 11:30, got to the store at 11:30, didn't talk to a representative till 12. Tried to sell me new tires when I just got new ones 6 months ago. The employees move as slow as they possibly can and make you wait as long as possible. Would give it 0 stars but that's not an option.
I just had both my vehicles serviced here. I was so disappointed with the staff and the kind of service. I asked for oil change and multi-point inspection on both vehicles, plus tire rotation and alignment. The agent told me about variable options and prices for the tire and I took the 3 year plan. I have been here a couple of times and every time i come here i have a problem. Why make an appointment if they take anyone at anytime. I make appointments so that i can pick my kids up from school. I get to the store and wait 15 minutes to be helped and then i get it will take 2 hours. Wtf. Last time i was late picking up my kids thank you to there school for keeping them for me. I will pay for my tire rotation next time. Not worth it here . They took it in waited about an hour now waiting for about 15 minutes to check out ... read more
