The last two times we've taken vehicles to Sears, they've charged us for service they did NOT complete. For example, filling the windshield washer fluid; resetting the "maintenance required" light. Did they conduct service or not? Think twice.
just poor customer service, 3 store front people, 2 shop guys standing around and a 2 hour wait!?!?!?
