Make sure they actually do the work!! Take pictures of any and all parts that they may claim to have to do work on. They will bill you for work they never did and parts they never replaced!! And of course, a manager is never present when you go to speak to one.
I had an appointment at 9:00 a.m and by the time they checked everything I asked them check , I knew it would take some time to and it all worked out very nicely for me and I was out at 12:00 noon and it all depends on what you are having done mine was great!�
I bought tireswith road hazard insurance ( thank goodness) from sears. Had nail in front tire. They temoved it, patched it and rotated tites all in about an hour! Great job!
This team was amazing!!! I was traveling through Atlanta and caught a flat! The team there help me get back on the road in no time!!! Great service and staff!!!
I was there for almost 5 hours for just an oil change & tire rotation. That is just unacceptable! I think they're short-staffed & maybe that is the problem. I told the guy yesterday that they're going to make me start going back to the Lexus dealer for service! I hope they hire some mechanics AND service advisors soon.
Took my car in for a simple oil change but it turned into a $795 repair because Sears stripped the oil pan.
