The auto service is absolutely horrible! Poor service and they truly don't care about customers! Was lied to on multiple occasions! I wouldn't recommend anyone!
Would have been better if they fixed the part they broke while fixing my radiator. The mechanic was nice and explained the situation and I understand mistakes happen but nobody invested any time into trying to help me get it fixed and after calling four times and showing up there in person once only to realize i was going to get nowhere, I gave up and took it to Kia and had to spend another $160 for a part that wasn't even broken when I took it in. I've been taking my car to Sears for years and have no complaints. They're always very professional, helpful, and friendly. It's obvious that I don't know much about cars so I appreciate their patience when I bombard them questions. I highly recommend them.
Recently had some work done on my car and Jim Magee once again, was a true professional. I truly appreciate the work that was completed and the respect that was shown to me.
Never shop at that ripoff store!!! All they want to do is sell you parts you don't need ! Say they can't fix a flat but will sell me a new one. Went to Graham fix it no problem, So I would never go to that place for auto repair!!!!
