Diego has helped me numerous of times and he is absolutely wonderful. He is such a hard worker and cares about the customers. He has great knowledge about cars. Totally recommend this place.
So I literally had the worst three days of my life working on my car. I had three people and also took my car to Pep Boys and even purchased 3 alternators and my car kept breaking down. Every shop literally told me it was my alternator even though I had already replaced it with a brand new. I was just about to give up and randomly called Sears and spoke to Diego. Would not recommend for even an oil change
Wish there was a way to mark negative stars! Went here in the morning. Not a soul to be found anywhere. Walked around, down a hallway, finally found a person and inquired about getting an oil change. Was told the guy in charge of the auto desk was on break and would be back in a few minutes. I waited. I waited some more. Finally, this young fellow comes strolling out of the "employees only" break room. Before I can open my mouth, one of the telephones starts ringing. He answers the phone and handles the call.
