Good customer service, and does a good job on your car.
I had the alternator and battery replaced on my car a week ago at the Richmond Sears location. Today the battery light flashed on while I was driving so I called the nearest Sears Auto in Fredericksburg and took the car in to be checked. Unfortunately, Sears Auto in Fredericksburg ran a few tests and sent me on my way. They seemed to have taken the position that since they did not witness the light flash it did not happen. Exceptional customer service. I've gone there to have my vehicles worked on and my appointment times have started right on time. The vehicle repairs or just maintenance, every time the work was done right and on time. The entire team from managers to the mechanics are excellent and completely professional.
