Mr. Rhodes, Mr. Walden, On the 2nd of February, 2016 as I am sure you remember; I brought my 2007 Chevy Trail Blazer in to the Huntsville AL. Sears Automotive Center for you to re-balance the tires for the (3rd time). After leaving my car with you (Mr. Rhodes) at 0930 that morning, I stated that I would return to work and that I would return around 11:00am to pick up my car. Horrible experience with Cards Department, but customer service at Sears Auto Center was absolutely amazing!

I tried to call 5 times during normal business hours with no answer. I finally got through to a man who informed me that he was busy and would have to call me back. I left my name and number. He never called back. I found my hard to find tires on the Sears website. I cannot find them at a price even close to the sears price anywhere else. I can not get through to anyone at Sears to see if they have them in stock. I am so extremely frustrated! I tried, again, this morning to get through to them by phone.
