Noe, the Technician, who was assigned by s very professional and knowledgeable.
Used Sears via American Home Shield. Initial service was fine, but AHS denied the claim. Getting hold of Sears to find out the part we need is IMPOSSIBLE. Vertical assistant only! The service receipt does not indicate what part is needed. So now I'm stuck paying for an additional service call, plus the part & installation. VERY USER UNFRIENDLY
Such a disappointment! I initially requested a service repair because my microwave oven range went out in the middle of using. Turns out the fuse was blown. It was replaced & were given an extra fuse in case it happened again. Well it did, we replaced it again & it went out AGAIN! I initially did not want to do another service repair & fee for a simple fuse but as our microwave also connects to our stove range and light I ultimately decided it was necessary after “roughing it out” for close to a year.
