Let’s see where to begin? The technician that came out was rude and disrespected my wife cleaned the bottom of our refrigerator and said put our food and medicine back in and it will be fine. Well the next morning our refrigerator was not cold it was warm causing all our food to go bad and our $3,000 wegovy medication to go bad. Kept me posted on Jason’s arrival time. Unfortunately he was running late so I had to wait longer that I gad anticipated.
I will never use this company again can not talk with a human for the issues that I had !! paid $495.00 for a service that did not happen I should of been told ahead the washer closet door needed to come off before the visit and I would of had it done! . Argument happened agent left and my washer was not fixed.
No stars !!!! Very bad service ! The appnt was from 1-2 pm he arrived almost 4 pm I left the house at 2pm because I have 2 kids and it was 102 degrees Hot. He arrived and I told him I’m in a shelter house 5 minutes way. He did not wait for me!!!! No where to contact him! He doesn’t want to work obviously!
