We got an automated message this morning saying that the tech would be here between 8am-9:30am so I stayed home from work but no one ever arrived. Then we got another automated message saying the tech was estimated to be here at 1:15, So my husband left work and got here at 1:10, but the tech had arrived early and already left. There was never a call from a tech, just an automated bot that communicated with us. So we never got service at all.
