The technician was fine and quick, However I was told when I made the appointment that there was a diagnostic fee of $129 and if I chose to go with the repair, the diagnostic fee would go towards that. The technician knew nothing about it and it cost me $409 with no discount of the $129 diagnostic fee. I would never buy another Kenmore appliance. Or have Sears come out and repair anything again they’re overpriced and do not hold to their word.
