Tech was very friendly but I had a working washer and after his visit I don’t have a washer. I’m not blaming the tech but he is telling me it will be 5-7 days for sears to decide what to do. I don’t understand that.

John was great, and super helpful, but I had to take off a whole day b/c the window was 8:00 - 5:00. John showed up at almost 5:00. A 9-hour window is ridiculous! As it ends up I would not have had to take a day off.
Our technician, Gerry, was very knowledgeable and conscientious. He was courteous, friendly and he was very careful to keep the area clean. I give him 5 stars!
