Our service technician, Ken, was great. However, communication with customer service not so much.
Ken and his assistant were very thorough. They listened to me, so it was good to have someone that cared. They cleaned up afterwards and even put food back in the freezer. It would have been great to have them come and do the repairs in the first place. I’m very grateful. My questions were answered intelligently.
