The tech did his job. Had no problems with him. However, it took 6 appointments (3 rescheduled appts that Sears made, 1 no call no show from a tech, 1 appt where the tech showed up but didn’t have the part). They are the hardest company to call, automated service. Couldn’t talk to an actual person. I guess when you have a warranty this is the service you get….slow! No sense of urgency from this company!
