I was told he was coming between 8 and 12 PM. He was late by a couple of hours late came at 2:30. He had the piece that was needed with him for the heating unit for the dryer so I was happy about that but it was pretty costly.
Oven ignition was replaced. Technician was fast and knowledgeable. AI being the schedule and contract source created unnecessary complications, but in the end, my oven works great! Thank you, Technician!
