I paid $1,551 for a Sears Master Protection Plan in 2013. My dishwasher broke last January, and it took them three tries and over three weeks to repair it. Now it is broken again - three weeks ago. So far they have sent two repairman. Both times the repair lasted for only a day or less before it broke again. It is still broken. The people at Sears appear to have not interest in customer service. -Chris
