The washing machine is not fixed! The first load I washed tonight after work is just like before the repair was made. The machine did not spin and towels are soaking wet.
The repair person was very knowledgeable and on time. When most repairs are stressful, he made my repair a good experience.
The technician, Chance, showed up when he said he would be here, he diagnosed and fixed it within 20 minutes. The factory clamp on the drain hose had detached. I cant thank Sears and Chance enough for the service. It is hard finding someone to even come out here in the middle of nowhere.
