Service man was prompt, personable & informative. Parts for machines are ordered.
This rate is for my technician Christopher not Sears. He was great, fix the other technicians mistakes. He was courteous and fast. As for Sears service I do not care for it. You can not talk to a real person and the service with them is aggravating to say the least.
Chance was very thorough and well prepared for the job. Very easy to set up repair and completely in timely manner. Very pleased.
