He arrived earlier than I anticipated and was very pleasant and professional. He diagnosed the problem and quickly resolved it. The service call cost much less than I expected and he didn’t do anything that wasn’t needed. I will use them again if I have any issues with my other appliances.
He called about 30-40 minutes out, then arrived promptly. He was knowledgeable and helpful. Got our machine running in a short amount of time! Thank you!
Technician did not come to my home. Instead sat in front of my neighbors house for approximately 15 minutes. I have this on my Ring camera. This is the same technician that was at my house 4 days prior and stated that my stove top cracked due to mechanical issues. Treavor then told my insurance that something had been dropped on top of the stove causing the claim to be denied.
