They called and scheduled repairs a week earlier than originally scheduled. They showed up early, installed the new part and were out in under an hour. Unfortunately, the machine still doesn’t drain. They will be back.
Trevor called 30 minutes prior to arrival. Repaired the machine and was out of the house in under an hour. Unfortunately, the washing machine still has the same issue and they will be back.

Sears was great. American Home Shield stinks. They won't listen to Sears recommendations to replace the washer!! The washer will not run. Horrible Insurance. They don't stand behind what they say they will do!!
He was very professional and courteous.
