Excellent service. I’ve heard horror stories about home warranty companies. I’m happy to say I paid the deductible and no other cost for the service and equipment.
Technician was great and very knowledgeable. He explained everything that was wrong and how to fix it. He gave me all the options for pricing and parts to allow me to make an informed decision.
The technician who was here today (Not the IDIOT who was the NO CALL/NO SHOW yesterday!) was great. Kept me advised of his progress and ETA. Was clean, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. After yesterday I was not renewing the master protection agreement I have had for years, but am now reconsidering.
