Paid service fee of $139 for nothing ! His trying was to make a call to Samsung to ask about a replacement part and the response was the part is not available so we need to replace the whole drum !We had same issue before with this washer and was fixed with a $20 rollers and 15 minutes of work ! And this guy made it look like it’s the hardest thing to do to fix the washer so the quote with his work was double the cost of buying a new one !So we went and bought a new one !
