The service was at my mother's home in Las Vegas, NV. The ice machine was not working and I scheduled service. James came out, checked a few things and ordered a new machine. We scheduled the replacement and the part was shipped within 2-3 days (I can't remember which). The delivery window was scheduled from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM,and he came out right after 9:30 AM. The installation only took about 20 minutes! James is great, friendly and very professional! I love Sears Home Service for all of our appliances!
James was efficient, pleasant and polite. He called to give ETA and was right on time.
Rikki was very efficient and caring about providing excellent maintenance to my water softener. Excellent customer service!!
Worst experience ever. I’ll never use Sears again. Took them 7 months to fix my microwave with several cancellations and no shows. Do not use them!!!
