I scheduled the 2nd of 2 A/C repairs through our home warranty and again they sent Alex with Sears. This time there was a second man with him. On this visit I reminded Alex that all he did last time was replace the thermostat. I have since replaced the filters and the batteries in the new thermostat and the A/C still is not blowing cool air or anything.
