We have had nothing but problems. The repairman barely even looked at our oven . When we looked at the price for the part it was less than $100 but yet we ended up being charged $757 most of all of it was labor charges . The appointment was rescheduled 3 times in a four week period, without any contact or reasoning. When I called, the only option was to speak to an AI agent not a real person. Rikki with Sears Appliiance Repair provided amazing service. He was very mindful of my time. He notifed me with an email and updated me with a phone call when he was in route. Once at the property he took the time to explain to me the problem with my dryer and give me my options. I would recommend him to anyone. It was a pleasure to experience top notch service.
Rikki was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough. Wish we could request him if we need any future repairs.
