very nice and knowledgeable repair man.
Very patient and helpful
Dishwasher panel went out in November. Part was ordered and it finally came in but to my address. The tech finally came January 10th to repair. Thankfully I only had to pay my $75 deductible due to warranty.
Rikki did a great job. He completed the job in less than 1 hour. Very happy with my Sears Protection services.
