First had to set up appointment for tech to come. Then wait. Washer needs part which is not on truck and must be ordered. Then wait. Second tech installs the part. Washer runs for 2 days then flashes same error message and washer still stops in mid-cycle. Call Sears, Tech to come out again, then wait....
repair was not done. Dishwasher is still not working. Tech came thought he fixed the problem. Dishwasher is still not working. Not happy trying to get a second service call. Staff very rude saying I would have to wait another 10 days for service.
Things went well again, technician showed up on time and completed the work quickly. He did solve one minor problem that had not been corrected the last two times so I was really happy.

My problem was fixed in 10 minutes. Happy about that! The only reason I am giving Sears 4 stars is the cost of the "visit". $75 just to show up. I know labor costs and insurance and everything else has sky-rocketed, but $75? Too much.
The technician did not tighten the pulley bolt to the engine and it subsequently came off. A repairman was here on July 21 to correct the problem. Lost the use of the riding mower for two weeks.
First Class repair visit. I believe the technicians name was Chris and I have to tell you he was one in a million . Very thorough, very educated on the unit , gave such stellar upkeep advice.. 5 STARS al the way !
Did a great job. Showed up early and had part on the truck. Will certainly recommend this service to friends and family.
