This repair was cancelled way before tech arrived. Got tired of waiting almost 2 months for repair. Canceled service agreement for all appliances and will never by Sears again. Service agreement is worth the paper it's written on when they leave hanging for the simple repair.
Our service man Darrell was excellent. Went above and beyond!! Even ordered a refrig. part we needed.
I have to admit, I am a product of my environment. My Grandmothers both had a Whirlpool Washers from Sears Roebuck & Co. and My Parents had had a Whirlpool too. So when I graduated from college, I bought a Whirlpool from Sears, that was OVER 20 years ago. It is still going strong Today!
