Great technician. But unable to fix a 2 year old Vissani frig.
Our technician was awesome! Very knowledgeable and pleasant. 5 stars for him.
Sears tech made same-day cancelations with us two times. Then the third time he was running way behind schedule and we had to leave. Not very good communication or customer service.
Claudio came to our home as scheduled and did an evaluation of our dishwasher. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would use him again in the future.
Technician analyzed the issues and determined that the refrigerator could not be fixed. He was honest and up front about the problem that the previous technician ignored. Technician took the part (Control Board) that previous technician said would fix problem.
