Technician analyzed the issues and determined that the refrigerator could not be fixed. He was honest and up front about the problem that the previous technician ignored. Technician took the part (Control Board) that previous technician said would fix problem.
He was incredibly informative and took his time in explaining what was going on with the system, and I greatly appreciated it
My technician Claudio was prompt, very thorough and explained everything very clearly. He took great care of my kitchen and I highly recommend him. Sears Home Services is a very reliable service and they have affordable plans.
