Repair guy was a now show. Never called to reschedule. Never responded to message after not showing up!

Austin was great. he carefully checked machine and gave me good advise.
Professional and courteous. Just wish the window of service was tighter, not an 8 hr window. Also would have been great to have a call prior, possible diagnosis, and therefore come with parts to fix.
