The service technician was very rude to my grandmother and I do not appreciate the way he talked to her.
Should give service repairman phone. Can't get touch in case of emergency. Warranty ice maker didn't pay.
Actually repair man was great. The AI that you had to go through and never get to speak to someone to schedule and follow up on parts ordered was crazy. And the AI kept changing the appointment times.
