Technician was fine. Issue is with machine.
Technician was excellent. Communication with Sears not so much. Easily made online service appointment. Got chatbot text to provide photo of serial number plate and description of problem. Scheduled appointment for next am 8-12. Next day chatbot texted again for description of problem and was unaware of previous day's text. Our SEARS Appliance Repair Technician, Roy, was wonderful and we received excellent service on our LG dryer repair.
Inclement weather delayed 9:00 AM arrival to 11:25 AM. Floyd V notified of rescheduled arrival by text. He arrived promptly and apologetically. He diagnosed the microwaves condition & contacted Sears the Model Number to find the part is unavailable. Informed replacement information would be forthcoming. Advised me builder installed GFI plug needed removal & replaced with compatible Non-GFI plug. Floyd was thorough in his assessment, friendly cordial as he went about his job promptly and efficiently. I rate Floyd *****.
