Roy did a great job. We were very happy with his work. There was a problem with the scheduling. We were told the technician would be at our house at 12:01pm but he did not show up until around 4:00 pm. We kept getting notices that he would be later and later. At one point we got a message that he would not be here until Saturday which is three days away.
