Technician on time and took care of problems professionally, both washing machine and dryer.
Called to have someone come to look at my ice maker and I was directed to AI generated. Asked what my problem was I told them. Then asked my zip code. Then I’m told there are no available schedule times available. Was asked if I wanted information about their services for prices on what they offer for get service. Why would I want to pay for that when I can’t even get an appointment. 🤷♀️
