Pedro was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. He even cleaned off one of the parts he removed to access the malfunctioning motor evaporator. The whole process was smoothly executed and completed on time.
I bought a new Kenmore Elite Refrigerator on 12/30/2021. On 3/15/22 it quit working, I was told they couldn't get parts, They sent me a new refrigerator same model on 4/15/22. In July 2022, the 2nd one quit working and they couldn't get parts. I asked for my money back and they refused. They sent me another refrigerator on 8/25/22. That lasted 2 years 7 months before the freezer quit cooling, Sears was out today, 3/11/25.
