Took the repair guy 3 hours to change out motor
tech didn’t fix the machine . He didn’t remove the back , he stated it was electrical
The repairman was very knowledgeable and very neat and clean. Couldn't ask for a better experience having a stranger in my home
I am very disappointed in the service man that was sent to check my washer. When he first called to talk to me about what’s going on with the washer, he started out by saying that we had gotten lots of rain in this area and “do you have a septic tank and have you had the plumbing checked?” I told him that we had not had any septic problems and that we only found the washer has been leaking when we had floors replaced because the floor behind washer was rotted.
