Technician called said he was 25 minutes out but never came called him a few time and messaged no response: call company was told they have tech call me and still no call. Received a text that job was complete for me to rate my tech.
One of their employees was extremely rude and ask for a service it is a no go. Pretty much go somewhere else!
Never saw a technician. Never got a call from a technician. Never got an email. Never got ANYTHING. Technician was a no call/no show.
