Terrible communication set an appointment online for between 08:00-17:00. Was given a link to track progress and ETA. ETA was 11:32 then all of a sudden I received a text that it was being rescheduled for the following Monday. I took time off work to be home for this. Tried calling all I get is an automated system. My advice don't waste your time
Polite respectful and informative. Very good experience. This was done through warranty company. I have had Sears on a few occasions. Always exceptional.
He was able to diagnose the problem, and got the AC foxed.
