No issues with the service by Otis. My complaint is with the communication. I could not share details of the entrance to the Condo, I took pictures of the furnace and the thermostat but he had to leave to go get a thermostat anyway. I could not find any way-email, text or phone call to communicate with anyone.
Mitchell came out to look at our dryer and without opening the dryer up told us the start button needed replaced. He said it would be cheaper for us to buy the part and fix it ourselves. So we ordered the part. But when we opened the dryer to fix it ourselves, the plastic piece that holds the start button was broken off and now our new start button has nothing holding it into place, meaning our dryer still doesn’t work.
