On 01/30/25 we had one of your service technicians at our home to look at our Kitchenaide dishwasher that had stopped discharging water when it was going through the washing cycles. The Tech opened the door, which there was still water in the bottom of the washer, pressed the button marked "drain" and on the washer not doing anything made the comment "that's not good".
