Gregg came to my home, reviewed the repair and ordered the part. Gregg has not been back since and it's been 2 months. I was advised by Sears service that the claim was closed by the tech and that I the customer cannot reopen the claim and would need to file a new claim. Today was my new service date. Part in hand. Gregg was supposed to return to finish the job between 8am-5pm. Gregg rescheduled for two days from now for 8-5 again.. as if I don't have a job. Very much disappointed. Because the Technician was not expert to fix and even not clear about his work and it was hard for him to explain the problem in my garbage disposal.
