I was satisfied with the repair and the technician but not satisfied with the customer service. There should have been clear communication between the technician and customer service as to why our service repair kept being rescheduled after a month. I would have been ok with them telling me to wait a month.
Very professional and informative.
Great experience 16 days past warranty they came out and fixed it for free, tech was amazing and couldn’t have asked for a better experience
