Outstanding technician, courteous, professional, really knows his craft. Had problem fixed in no time.
Excellent service from the technician.
I was satisfied with the repair and the technician but not satisfied with the customer service. There should have been clear communication between the technician and customer service as to why our service repair kept being rescheduled after a month. I would have been ok with them telling me to wait a month.
