John was fantastic, especially compared to the nightmare of a time I had getting LG to process the work order to replace a faulty stove top. It’s great to work with such a competent and friendly person!
John, the repairman, was actually very good, but the AI-mediated scheduling was crap. I requested separate visits for a dishwasher needing repair, and a washing machine maintenance visit. For both appointments, dates and times were changed without consultation, and one of the rescheduled times I was not at home--Sears rescheduled and sent their repairman to my home without checking with me first. I received notice of the rescheduling only on the day of the planned visit, shortly before the appointment was due to start.
The guy that helped me was very nice, and explained everything I needed to know in detail.
