After several visits, by oven is still not operating properly. This is ridiculous. This is the second appliance I have had "repaired" by Sears (same technician). For two appliances, I have used more than 56 hours of leave from work. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I don't even know what to do, I don't trust Sears to resolve my problem.
