My stove needed 2 burners replaced because of heavy grease. I looked online and each part was 150$ so i figured okay no big deal but for some reason this place charged me 270$ for each. Not to mention it costed 129$ just for the guy to just look at the stove in the first place. Also the repair cost was nearly 400$. It makes me sick to my stomach that I payed for this. Do not use this business. It is a 3rd party provider for Sears Home Services. A technician came out - after 4 reschedules by the company- and charged $140 for diagnosing the problem which was to be applied to the cost of repair. We could not schedule the repair because Sears uses bots and would only schedule a new appointment. Nothing was noted on our account to order parts or follow up service. There is no human to talk with and resolve issues. To top it off, the repair man put two large scratches in my hardwood floor.
The technician was very good AI was not so good did not understand or hear or tell me what time the technician was going to be at my house. 8:00 to 5:00 is not an answer I need a time more specific
