Excellent! On time and efficient. Can't get any better than that.
I don't recommend Sears for two reasons: 1. Sears technicians aren't thorough. It took 4 separate appointments with different technicians over the course of a month to get my dishwasher fixed. The first time, he barely looked at it and simply told me to clean the dishwasher. I explained that I already had cleaned it (twice actually) but he insisted that I need to clean it again. I asked for specific guidance and he shrugged and said, "google it." So I clean it a third time, per the manufacturer's instructions, and it's still... read more
JOEL, our repairman did a great job helping to get our ice maker in the refrigerator up & running.
Eli was trustworthy and very polite. When his vehicle broke down he said he would be here late that evening to put my oven element in and he was. I was thankful he came because I had to do my holiday baking the next day. He was a life saver.
