Tech for appointment on the 20th of May didn’t quite wait for us to answer door. Today’s tech, Rene (7/21)showed up at decent time and is working diligently. He did step out for a few quick minutes to buy a part to help him move washer.
the service of the technician was professional and fast. The set up for the appointment was the worst experience because of AI really really bad ! ! !
