I have a choice warranty, but a sears technician was sourced to diagnos and repair my AC unit. William was a no non-sense by the book profeesional. He didn't cut corners and very detailed wgen explaining the issues concerning my unit. After explaining what needed to be done and making the repairs, Wlliam did a magnificient job providing an overview of what he did. William did not leave until he had evaluated the unit in operation for several minutes. A true professional! Respectfully, Shunmas Cummings

They sent two tech out to attempt to fix my dishwasher. One didn't even introduce himself. But they were in my home a total of 5 seconds max! There is no way you properly assess a repair within that time frame! If you're overloaded with services calls that's not my problem! DO BETTER Sears. This was unacceptable service. I highly don't recommend anyone do business with them. The tech who introduced himself. His name was Rich, or Rick one of the two. I'm not sure because they were out the door so fast!
