Had an appointment on Monday, supposed to be here between 8:00 & 5:00, called and they said he would be here between 5:30 & 8:00 PM. Waited, no call, no text NOTHING. Won’t call them again!!!!!!!!
Very professional and quick.
I have a choice warranty, but a sears technician was sourced to diagnos and repair my AC unit. William was a no non-sense by the book profeesional. He didn't cut corners and very detailed wgen explaining the issues concerning my unit. After explaining what needed to be done and making the repairs, Wlliam did a magnificient job providing an overview of what he did. William did not leave until he had evaluated the unit in operation for several minutes. A true professional! Respectfully, Shunmas Cummings
