Richard was great, he actually did his job. Richard is very polite and professional.
He was always prompt and helpful. Unfortunately he couldn’t fix my washer.
Not a good technician He came to fix my under the counter microwave which was not heating up Replaced the heating coil and bunch of other stuff $700 worth of parts Still the microwave is not fixed On top of it he wants to order the same parts again Also damaged my floor with scratches Would not recommend this technician
