The problem started with scheduling. I made and appointment that got canceled 3 times because of staff related issues. I miss work all those times. For today’s appointment the Technician left without fixing anything. I am not able to speak to anyone live at sears Service. I used their chat automated system for my ice machine and asked if he can look at our refridgerater as well so he doesn’t have to come back. Chat told me absolutely he will make a note of it. William kept us informed about his arrival time and he quickly diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher. Very polite.
Calvin is Professional and down to earth very neighborly and hardworking young man.
The gentleman was friendly enough, however he did not repair our dryer. He took the top off, checked the current on one side. Said the problem was electric outside of the dryer. And we would have to hire an electrician to fix our problem. He stated we were only getting 110 voltage to dryer and it needed 220. I stated it had been working for years.
