Calvin is Professional and down to earth very neighborly and hardworking young man.
The gentleman was friendly enough, however he did not repair our dryer. He took the top off, checked the current on one side. Said the problem was electric outside of the dryer. And we would have to hire an electrician to fix our problem. He stated we were only getting 110 voltage to dryer and it needed 220. I stated it had been working for years. The technician waa very nice. Understanding because I had to wait a month before the assigned him to come back All the parts were here for a month. He understood and worked quickly. Professional, pleasant and quick. Also taught me a thing or two abt my refrigerator.
